Western Hunting & Conservation Expo is using The Housing Connection, the only WHCE Housing Company, to coordinate hotel reservations for the Expo.
Now more than ever we need all the attendees and exhibitors to make your hotel reservations through The Housing Connection. It benefits everyone when exhibitors and attendees utilize this service. By booking your hotel rooms in the official hotel block, you:

- Will be provided with an immediate email acknowledgement of your hotel assignment
- Are guaranteed a room reservation at an “official” Western Hunting & Conservation Expo hotel
- Have the convenience to contact The Housing Connection’s customer service representative, who can assist you with hotel reservations and who are knowledgeable of the hotels and Salt Lake attractions

When attendees reserve rooms at hotels that are NOT within our official hotel block:
- Western Hunting & Conservation Expo is exposed to penalties for not fulfilling our room block commitments, by avoiding hotel penalties , Western Hunting & Conservation Expo is able to keep show costs down
- Western Hunting & Conservation Expo risks our ability to rebook preferred hotels and receive discounted rates
- Western Hunting & Conservation Expo could possibly lose qualification for the amount of space needed at the convention center
