Booth Information

10' x 10' space includes ID sign plus 8' back and 3' side drape, (2) tickets to our exhibitors “Welcome Back” Reception and a continental breakfast every morning of the Expo. Tables, carpet, chairs, electricity, and internet service are not included.

GES will email exhibitors a kit in November which includes shipping instructions and additional booth equipment information. A utility service form will be included as well. Each exhibitor is responsible for ordering all utilities directly from the decorator. 

How to Reserve a Booth

Booths can be reserved by completing the Booth Application Agreement and faxing or mailing it along with a required deposit of $625 per 10' x 10’. Phone calls are welcomed to reserve a space but we will need a credit card number to hold your booth(s). Remaining balances will be due by November 1, 2011. Full payment is due with your contract if you reserve a booth after November 1.
